Safety

As an entertainer I have public liability insurance and an up to date DBS check. However, for safety reasons, at least one other adult, in addition to the entertainer, must be present the whole time the entertainment is running.

Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded if our services are cancelled less than one month before the date of the party. If you cancel more than one month in advance, you will receive a full refund of your deposit (except for a £20 admin fee).

In the event of the performer being sick and unable to attend your party, all possible efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement for your party. If unavoidable a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
